Re: To go in house or not?

It has it 's ups and downs. Take your average pay for one week as a sub and then take what you would get as in house, do the math, for the gas, wear on truck, tools, etc. Then see what you have left and figure up what would be best on insurance see what you come up with. Which one will have less stress involved. As A sub if you really needed medical help, the hospital can't turn you down. Like I said ups and downs
