Where I used to work you had to wait 90 days. And if you really pissed off the company you were working for, they would tell the MSO you dropped a route or owed them money and try to get you blacklisted forever from that system.
A few guys were able to get lawyers and work again for different companies. The whole thing is childish. Someone is mad at you and they are trying to stop you from working and taking away the only way you can support your family.
