i worked for express communications and then priemer took over....all the good techs left...I was a lead tech i left and our regional manager left too...they pay on time IF YOUR PAPERWORK IS PERFECT any mistakes and it is another week...pay employees crap wages 48.50/14.20 a job. 20 a service call, 25 upgrade.. POV techs get a little more like $5 a piece more....you supply all parts and gas, tools, they give you a van.
Contractors arent much better off.....little better pay but when i was there, they cut contractors pay 3 TIMES....down over almost 35.00 on an install. An contractors they QC like everyone of your jobs so they dont have to pay you.....TAKE PICS....cause some QC techs are lazy and just use old pics onl guys they know do half ass work
Sorry i had to vent...but if you need work it is usually there since they are the HSP for 13 states throughout the midwest and south
