I currently run a crew of 30 techs now , was at 8 techs when icame here to take this project over. when you are contracting through a hsp provider if your guys stay off of the near miss, no call no show, and past opens you will be rewarded with the good work as numbers dont lie (cause thats all we are is numbers) they get their bonuses and we make our money.my crew is growing every day .im not taking guys from their employers, just word in this buis. travels fast your choice to be a good company or get slammed by all the techs in the buis.
