Hey, the super at the prime is just duplicating what they had to do to get the work from the MSO. Ever wonder why a really sh##ty prime keeps hanging around a MSO? There lies your answer! I would say it goes on more then people think. Not for me though. I didn't know it went on at the individual installer level. Screw that! Even if it means I lose my prime contract, or any work at any level! I would rather keep my integrity. We live in a world full of crooks, corruption, and dishonesty and it's hard to make a decent dollar in an honest manner. And maybe that's why I'm not now a prime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
