In response to your last paragragh, they are going to get what they pay for. I'm not defending them, I'm just relaying the truth. No one qualifies anybody anymore. A couple decaces ago, at the very least there would be a truck and tool inspection. If you were missing just one basic tool or your truck wasn't up to standards you didn't work. Back then they would also do a background check, references, ect. Now if you have a pulse and are breathing you have a job. As long as MSO's keep hiring these bottom feaders, it's going to be tough on the true craftsmen.
