Roy here, I want you to know that each of our managers have their own stlyle and that we have more than one manager that oversees any particular area and together i feel that the mix is good for all. The turnover rate at any company thats growing is high, partly because of the perception one gets when they get into the business, they think that its an easy job where they can make lots of money without working hard and not be ing accountable for their actions or quality of work. I felt that this industry was a trade examples(electrician, carpenter,plumber)etc.. from the beginning and that mindset doesnt exist in the new generation of installers as easily. Get it and you'll always be in demand and any good company would work with you. Thanks
