Re: need help with grounding issue

I understand that we shouldn't be messin with other peoples work but if the phone company and the idiot who owns the building doesn't wan't to mess with it then the fix it myself is better than equipment loss. the phone co.'s responsibility stops on the outside of the building because they didn't wire the inside it's up to the contractor and who that is is a mystery. so i am just looking for a grd blk for phone equipment. if there is one.
