My phone line went down this Sunday. I call Qwest - they can not get a tech out until SATURDAY.
Isn't there something with 911 access that they have to provide... I don't even have a dial tone. This is what Cox has always led us to believe with their 2 hour windows and 2 weeks advance notice when working on plant with active telephone.
Anyone know the process to file a complaint with the FCC?
