One more thing to add to RadioMan, List who you are!!!
So many companies are blind listing and these days, that makes folks nervous. No body is going to have a perfect rap sheet because there will always be the hacks who can't cut it, get canned and bitch about you in any forum. In the end, the truth and INTEGRITY will set you apart. Every company has to go through growing pains and lesson-learning. If you screwed up, own it and move forward with correcting it.
If you want quality folks, list that. Also list what AND how you are going to maintain that quality margin. Announce that you intend to charge back for crap work.
