Make your ad stand apart from the others. POST WHAT YOU PAY. If you want quality techs, tell'em what they're moving to your area for. Why waste your time and ours with a "Call me, send me a resume". As stated already by others, there is plenty of work for us out there already. We don't "need" any single particular company to work for: Just the one that pays the most :lol:
If you value quality installs by quality techs, then show them in your ad HOW MUCH you value them.
MSO's get the quality they pay for....... Primes get the quality techs they pay for. The more the two pay, the better the tech you can screen for.
Bottom line: Money = Quality
