Having discussed tech compensation before (it should be at least 50%, and probably closer to 65%) and the various factors that affect it, I'm curious for the group's feedback regarding contract company manager compensation.
I know this varies quite a bit due to a variety of factors and that managers come in various shapes, sizes, personalities, and capabilities, but what is the range of manager compensation?
What kind of cut of the profit do the managers get for the operation they're running (assuming they're not the owner)?
