This is what I have found out. The lawsuit is only for satellite installers. They had to have worked in California between 99 and 04. It is for not being paid properly on overtime, adequate breaks, etc. The settlement was a total of 7.2 million dollars to be divided between the employees that were listed. They were paid piece work and not hourly. FINALLY WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND!!
