I would not recommend calling and bugging the lawyer(trustee). When the money is figured out, the first person to get a piece is the trustee. They get paid per hour at there billable rate(most 300 to 400/hour). Everytime you call about the case, it raises the bill and leaves less money for the rest of us.
Think of the big picture and be patient.
