I found out that the trustee for the case is Lori Lapin Jones - phone #516-466-4110. The trustee's office will only refer you to the attorney on the case. The bankruptcy court lists the attorney as Steven Wilanowski - phone #212-728-8499. Same firm as listed above. Conveniently, he is not in today. I will continue to call this guy every day until I get an answer about my last paycheck (employee). I would recommend that others do the same. Do not sit around and wait for your check to show up!!!
