OK guys, check it out. the way its being done here is at very high frequency, like 1900 to 2800 meg. what this does is eliminate the fcc from being involved. The power co is putting antennas at calculated intervals and creating a wireless network. The experiment started about six mnths ago and seems to work. I just happen to be near one of the anntenas and once in a while they kill the incription "maybe for testing". I have been able to surf on occasion and the speeds are pretty good. I imagine they will get better.
