I am sorry to hear that the IBEW is not doing you guys justice. Why is it that Bellsouth employees who have the CWA not IBEW, seem to be doing very well? Because catv/DBS tech's should not be in a electrical union, they should be in CWA=communication workers of America. Union's are only as good as their members, blaming the union, becasue the workers don't stand together is pathetic!
