Its been a while since I was on that side of the fence.......but one issue we battled daily was - If a truck doesn't roll to the house, is it a "Not Home"? Back then, In House dispatched for Contractors and there was a "charge" for not homes from the Contractor. The Company's take on this was, since the truck didn't roll to the house, it wasn't a not home. On paper, it was technically a cancel, not home since the "Company" eliminated the call prior to a Truck Roll. ..........ahhhhh, the daily life in Ops.....kinda miss it.
