If you contact one of those many job ads under construction or maintanence you will get yer 5 mill umbrella and workers comp. and then the sky is yer limit. but when you say it's 18" it had better BE.....a 410 ditch witch has about the Balls..
..There is no reason to get bounced around and a price reduction..unless they dont pay the money for depth... But stoping at a house and getting under $50 for a shorty is lowest I'll go. and sidewalks arent a gimmy.....yes you still have to walk over the cable under them!
