Help

Hi fellow cable people, I need advice on what to do. We have been in cable for 5 years as a sub, and keep getting tossed around like a rag doll. We are working for a company that promised all this stuff and now they changed our prices and now are not paying on time or regularly don't know if we'll get anything at all!. We have spent everything in our business to get a head and always seem to find ourselves in a deep hole and someone ends up screwing us. Is there any help out there? We love burying cable its not the work thats the issue, just want to pay the bills and make a decent living, and work for someone that cares about their people! Is there anyone honest anymore that doesn't just want to line their own pockets. I know that this industry is a hard one but don't want to quit or feel like we have no choice but to quit. What options do we have?? How do I find a good company that has it all???
