I can sympathize with the anxiety of job hunting and it is only common courtey to respond to applicants who have filled your requirements for the application process. But like Mr. eastwood and I pointed out, it doesn't hurt to have all your ducks in a row before firing off your application. As I stated before and I am sure most people in my position would concur, it just makes our job easier when we don't get the proper info from the applicants.
