When I am looking for work I want to find out what the work involves and as much about it as I can, then I can start talking prices.
What if I told you I was paying $0.05 a foot for upgrade splicing?
Most would say I am a crook. But if they inquired about the job and found out that it was extreme country roadside running with a cut every 2500' and a guy could get 10 miles a day.
A lot of unprofessionals out there.
It's the whole business these days. The smart ones have moved on till things change.
