Hey --- they are your friends, not mine.
You have come into this forum making some pretty blatant accusatory remarks and statements, superficially looking for justification for your own choices. You have given examples of things like they only pertain to the Cable Television industry, and no where else. You couldnt be more wrong. Those things happen in every walk of life --secular or otherwise.
My prediction--- you wont last long as a manager. Your skills as such wane terribly.
