Ever heard of a random drug screen? This is a simple test ( I know, I just passed one) to pass. Out of the blue, they will call, and tell ya to go piss in a cup. Very easy to pass the test, no preparation required. When they recieve the test results, they can say, "damn he is not a dope head" or "damn we can't get rid of him for drug abuse."
As for your remarks about ho chasing, I have no clue to how we can prove we are men of such low character. My guess is, if you do it long enough you will eventually solicit a undercover police officer.
