The mother has a history of things like this, she accused Chris Tucker of molesting her son and got a car to keep her from going to the media, she sue a mall for sexual assault on her by security when they apprehended her in connection with a shop lifting. I think she knew about Jacko (who didn't) and looked at it as an opportunity to make some money, and still could in civil court or a book deal.
