voip/hsd

does anyone have info on modem levels im using sbv5100 motorola the recieve levels has to be +10/-10 carrier to noise should be above 30dbmv but my problem is the transmit power is exceeding 60dbmv is there something on my end that can resolve this because the "backcharges" are crazy please e-mail all info (-REDACTED-)
