I am of the firm belief the issue of not permitting other subs to work for at least 30 days is a definite infringement of interstate commerce.
My original issue of racketerring was an is to get some feed back. As someone knew top this industry, it appears this industry also has it share of potential problems.
In reviewing a summary of some issues, it does appear installers by and large are the victims of some bad parcatices.
