All this I understand. The "see more info" notice on the spectrum analyzer will appear if the noise level of the channel under test approaches within 3 dB of the noise floor of the analyzer.

My question is a lot more simple than that. I'm just asking if anyone has tested a channel with the bandpass filter, then compared the same channel without it. Thanks for everyone's responses.
