I'd tell them that ALL my installs i had today had NO landline therefore i couldn't do ANY of my installs today! See if that flies, If they want phone jacks to ALL ird's then ask them to please ask customer when making sale and do not take any orders for those without landline phones. If phones ARE required to ALL ird's then they shouldn't have a problem with that! Then do what i did and tell them to go f>ck off!! If they want to satisfy DTV then the owners should let you P.O. for the work, you all need to learn to quit doin this crap for free or it becomes the norm, I feel for all you guys still takin it up the shoot but then again you are doin it to yourselves, Ya know that painters are makin $25.00 an hour in my area now!
