Sorry fellas I should of been more clear well this is the situation I work for an HSP and about three months ago they started bringing up running a phone line to every reciever. Well just like everyone else we just blew it off. Well just recently the procect manager gets a report every week now for recievers that don't respond to a dial out that Direct sends out now. Now I never failed a QC but they nailed me on the non responding recievers. Is there anyway I can get around this or should I just bite the bullit and run the phone lines?
