What nonsense. Get rid of OSHA? Do you know how many people's lives have been saved and health improved by OSHA? You may not agree with some of the policies but overall the benefit has been more than worth the bureaucracy. Every day I see guys (and gals) that ignore or overlook what could do them harm because they think it only happens to the other guy. If not for OSHA I have no doubt a certain percentage of them wouldn't be here today.
