Well look like all of your opt. TX even if they rated for 60 channels were only good for 50 ch. I bet any money if you removed a couple of ch. this distortion will go away. You won't be the first one with laser capable of 60 ch. and they can only pass 40 or 45. One thing you can try, lower the RF lever at each input of your opt. TX and I'll bet the problem will be gone. But by doing this, you'll decreased the C/N at all the output of your opt. RX, wich will be pass on at alll of your customers.
