I know what you mean. My 1st "hourly" suppression was in Baton Rouge, LA and I was making $100/hour as a sub!!!!!! I spent almost 3-months there. AT&T put a high-pass filter on EVERYTHING as so it would pass and was to sell the property to Cox. How prices have changed.....
People get what they pay for. And .02/foot is less than some pay for toilet tissue and it is just as clean after it is certified (or should I say "a speedy wipe through" ) for a quick invoice in many cases.
