Up here in the Florence office we techs have started having meetings with union reps from CWA. Nashville, Georgia, and the Louisiana offices are forming as well. The end goal is to have all of the Bruister offices organized with as close to 100% of the techs union members by Jan. 2006. This will give us barganing power with B&A so that we have a resonable amount of input on our working conditions. It's gonna be a bumpy ride, but it will get better down the road!
