I heard brustier is going to try to make us in-house with trucks and gas cards by aug. At 13 a hour, that means about a 400 dollar pay cut for most techs on average weeks. EVERYTIME a company goes in house it sinks, everytime. They will have very high turn over and crappy people doing the work because everybody there now will flee to better paying companys. DIrect will be unhappy with the crappy work and brustier will go down the crapper within 2 years. Mark my words!
