OK, I get from the responses that it will take money. But what I'm more looking for is who do I start talking to? How do I find out who's looking for a prime contractor? etc...
I'm aware that no one here knows the *exact* person to talk to, that's not what I'm asking...what I'm asking is there a dept of an MSO I would start by contacting....say like I'd call such and such department of Comcast or RCN or WOW....and start by talking to them....
