Great post. I have been in the business for 28 years. 20 on the MSO side and 8 on the contracting side. I have only worked for two different companies over the 28 years. I could easily be replaced tomorrow with someone else but everyday I reinvent myself with gives value to my company.
Over the last 28 years the business as changed and if you don't spend the time for your own personel growth which will give you value as an employee you are truely doing yourself a disservice.
