In Ft. Wayne we are doing the same thing. Not ALL splicing ins in house but most of it is. All new splicers' are hired for 30-36 month deal. If your good you stay, if not you go home. We have also heard the horror stories from Tampa, Keller, Cali, Etc. We are using that learning experience to our advantage. This is a newer technology that has never been attempted on this large of a scale. Ther are going to be "learning curves" and I'm lucky enough to learn from all of you that have been through the screw ups. I'm an ol' pole dawg, that passed all Verizons tests'. I have never seen a project like this!!! Ft. Wayne FTTP is going in as we speak, and it is going good!! All in thanks to you boys that started the first FTTP projects.
