dude, here grounding to anything but a power ground rod is instant termination, one of my first jobs was to re-run the drop so it could be properly grounded. if no rod, then no ground, I lost many a job because of it. I have even seen some that were grounded to the GAS MAIN!!!!!! talk about a dumbass!!!!!!!!!!!!!
