Excellent, I agree with most of you thoughts! One thing though, this babble about "union" is the real joke. Human nature, will not allow it. Greed is the problem, MSOs don't give a damn about craftmanship anymore. I've heard "it's OK if it's working" many times. The Bean counters run the companies these days, and don't give a damn about Pride,Craftmanship or Quailty. The Fiber Business has become nothing but a "Shortcut" game and I don't want to play it.
