Hell the wheels started falling off when they were purchased by Arguss, Kim, Dan and all their cronies came in and turned a reputable cable construction company into a political chess game, your golf game mattered more than your CATV experience and then of course they lost all their talent, and I mean all their talent, the only one's that stuck around were the one's afraid that they may actually have to go out in the real world and have to work! Dave M. one of the best construction men I ever met, gone. Jim L. Probably WMCC's top splicer turned splicing supervisor and project coordinator, gone. Ralph Paolo, a little cocky but ole Ralph knows his ****, gone. And then the countless field guys in all aspects of the industry, all this talent hit the road. So what do you have left? That's right a few golfers and ass kissers depending on the contractors to cover their asses on a daily basis, piss poor management blowing one job after another, it's a wonder they have lasted this long but I think that Buffalo is going to be the last nail in the coffin. The only man still there that I have any respect for is Mike Dion, another construction guru turned Vice Pres, and a good man, and he has no worries, hell he can jump on the computer and make more money in stock trading in an hour than most make in a year. I miss the ole WMCC, the day I heard that we got bought out I had told some one, "give it 5 years and this out fit's gone". They out lasted my prediction but not by much, and by the way this is just a personal opinion, but if there is a couple things I've learned in life is that you can't hire a plumber to supervise painters, and you can't make chicken salad with chicken ****.
it's easyer to ask for forgiveness than permission
