Defective truck equipment is'nt obvious to the customer,Cones and flags are.The new managment could care less about the employee until someone gets hurt, then they will fire the supervisor (the guy who was trying to get the truck up to spec in the first place). When I was there they were big on maintaining the fleet. Honest to God they had a roving mechanic and he used to do brake jobs and oil and grease while the splicer was still in the air!! Mechanic used to stay on the site until every truck that was due for service was taken care of. Ahh Wmcc!! Sounds like the wheels are finally beginning to fall off!
