Cenergy is doing it in Cincinnati right now, all the sticking and engineering has been completed, everyone and their mother is out there doing make ready and the fiber is going up, they are using "Bat Wings" to isolate ingress egress problems at the transformers, now I'm no engineer but if I remember right the only problem they are having is how to get it to work in the UG sections, if ya don't believe me just takle a ride down Colerain or Hamilton, Or go through White Oak, Grosbeck, North Wood and so on, it's going up and they are firing it up.
