actually there are a few 10+yrs splicers down in tampa working for the Prime but yea i agree mostly are newbie wanna be's and from what i heard there was "federal" help in paying the splicers which is why rje was able to cut the prices. for a single guy or a 2/3 man crew they could still easily make 6000 a week + depends how much they wanna work, and with that being said rje has a 2 yr deal with verzion and eveyone is hanging around to see them fall flat .
