I have been installing for a company that sells DTV. Their sales people have been gaming the system by running credit on everyone in the house basically untill they get someone who doesn't have to pre-pay. They do things like change the phone number to a cell number or change the address by one digit and etc. because you are suppose to (so I am told) only run one check per household. This wouldn't be a big deal to me personally except for the fact that this lousy company back charges the installer if a customer doesn't pay their bill for the first 90 days. Any idea who I should inform about this. I have spoken to higher ups in this company and apparently they are going along with it. They tell me we are not suppose to do that but if I point it out they don't do anything to stop it. I have been told we are in a revenue crunch. I am looking for another job of course. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
