If everyone is going to require certification then there should also be some recourse for those who do crap work after they get it. Like, listed OR have there # pulled like an electrician who gets busted and loses his liscence. Other wise what good is it really ?
NOTHING! is what it means so i have a 1,000 better uses for my 100.00 test fee than a stupid number that doesn't mean squat anyway.
