We all answer to someone.
Everyone has made a decision.
Everyone works in some capacity.
Your destiny is controlled by your own self worth.
What angers a person most is how they have been manipulated.
Is the company you choose to work for founded on hard work and integrity or their ability to manipulate?
How great is the distance between you and the end user in that particular food chain?
What is your ability to get in and out of your business venture?
These risk factors should determine whether you become a sub contract EMPLOYEE with liabilities.
As we all know all primes are not equal, I recently worked for an excellent prime and they opted to terminate operations in my location, they did however offer me my current position several states away, I choose to stay in my current location, was this a good decision? I can say I researched a lot of information before making that decision, and I am positioned to wait out my next opportunity without retreating in my career path.
I hope that I do not upset myself for my choices, as this seems to be common place in our industry. I truly wish you all well and may your choices be wise.
