Re: Proper grounding (DTV install)

I used to work for an HSP in northern Kentucky. Our jobs where always inspected. For apartments we where required to use a Surgender for the ground. Basicly the NEC does not apply to apartments or does it, I do not know. The new D-10's Have a little red reset button next to the smart card. Could it replace the surgender? I know what the FCC has to say. Joe
