If you must work with someone who has the same NE accent, you could try the yellow pages locally under "Factor Companies". You will probably find a number of operators that don't understand your business and probably won't look at you for under 100K to 200K per month in receivables. Even if they do business with you, they will be ruder than snot to your customers with overbearing collection tactics and positively ruin your reputation.
