From what Ive seen there are 4 problems causing theft
1. the guy that breaks into the wallbox/ped to hook up his own cable, they cause the most damage to plant.
2. the apartment complex personel, sometimes they have thier own little cable system
3. the moonlighters, employees & subs out to make xtra $
4. the renegade (skelz) who goes door to door offering to install for a 1 time charge. if this guy gets 50$ a pop & does 50 a week,do the math...
